Post Breakouts.....

Ok...As previously posted on anudder Topic..
I put ol Jedda in the shops today to get her oils changed and shit...
Yeah yeah...ore money then sense for sure as shit and lazy as a fucking over fucked Braford bull.
So in returns I gots me eye on the new Fatty 114....Still on the fence with the decision. Dealer must have patients because ive been stuffing around for 3 months now..
But back on topic....
What was the Topic.
Oh yeah...Breakout.
Yeah....So I had one of the things for the day...114. I tells ya what. What a zippy fun to ride little bike.
In a straight line. Fucking wore off half of me heel cornering around town on it and wasn't even remotely pushing it..
So I goes home and picks up me Beryl.
With the rear wound to soft as....Notch 1. It was still smooth on the bumps with about 200kgs of sex machines on it.....Combined.
But corners....Fucking no way. So I stopped and wound the fucker up to mid range 3. Better ride and still to low...
I might be a little spoilt from the lean angle of the Jedda im guessing.
Would I own a Breakout...…..Of course.
Am I going to buy one.....Nope.
But man I love that motor. Makes the 110 look ordinary....

I am not sure if you would be happy on a Fatty Robo, they are probably
the most different Harley they have on offer, they scrape running boards
if ya sneeze or cough going into a corner, they seem slugish, well mine
does compared to me ol shovel, ya gotta be careful not to bottom out on
the primary cover  a good wind on the solid wheels and it moves across
road, feels fucking weird the first few times and a bit like sliding in the dirt
plus a few other things, I like mine but I would happily move it on now.

I think when we rode stripped down dressers all those years ago we expected
the Fatty's to be the same but they aint nothing like they where.

True with the Solids Bluey...
I recall my Softies with just the Solid Back was a bit of a wind grabber also..
To go from the Softies to the Glide was like getting on a Clydesdale....
Now the Clydsdale to the Softy is like getting on a Whelsh Mountain Poney....
You dont realise how small the Softies are until youve ridden a SG around for a few years...

Don't do it Robo, good lord them new fatty's scrape way to easy, I've ridden three of them new softails, they was all different to each other, breakout, fatbob and fatty, I would not personally buy any of them but the sportglide looks interesting, all the fruit comes off easy, the heritage 114 looks pretty good as well, friend has the slim and loves it but I've not ridden it.

True Hilly...They do sit low them Fats. I think Floor boards wouldn't be a good thing on them.
