Well, ya head shouldn't vibrate so you could always chomp on it between the choppers. As above Windows movie maker is not bad.

there is a chest harness option so you can a video from between the bars, though not a great one i guess for a bagger... top of your helmet maybe better.  You can mount it the frame, the rear passenger peg, have seen blokes use the good suction mounts and attach to the front fender or get creative and make a bracket than can utilize the indicator bolts maybe.

As far as the vibration goes though... maybe rubber or hack a bit off the ol ladies foam yoga mat or something?  their are a few DIYs and videos on google you could check out

I have the Ram suction mount on the front of the Fairing just under the vent, the vibration isn't too bad
once up and moving along, I tried the GoPro stick on mount on the front of the Screen and the vibration
was terrible and the mount ended up snapping off. I also have a Ram mount on the right side of the engine
guard and this position has no vibration whatsoever but I do like the higher view from the Fairing. I thing
I always do is tether the camera to the bike with a boot lace, if I didn't I would have lost it when the mount
snapped.

Robo,

Like Mickle said, try mounting the GoPro on the engine guard - That's what my son did on the Street Glide he rode when we were recently in the USA riding. His footage was rock steady the whole time, and he could reach down and turn it off when he wanted.

Other son had his GoPro on his helmet, while the footage was not shakey, it did wobble around all over the place as he looked at things. Also in Australia, cops have been known to book riders for 'altering a helmet'.

I use Adobe Premier Elements for my editing of footage and making movies.

Have a look at this footage, taken in Death Valley. That's me on the Capt America bike BTW.
(I decreased the resolution for YouTube)

I'd say it's very rare if people don't think it's garbage.  My first thought was it's garbage, then maybe a Chinese womans IUD, then I googled and found out it was an anti vibration device - totally unexpected and a relief since I'd forgot myself will searching and started chewing on the round bit.

I've used the motorsport suction mount off the front batwing fairing, no vibration once your up to cruising speed. Tried on a direct mount behind the fairing once, it shook non stop and was farked.

Also tried the Techmount adaptor, it just catxhes the edge of the batwing using the mirror socket mount.

http://www.techmounts.com/products/...uct_id=280#view

When I went to the US I used a cheap arse mount off the fron crash bar, it vibrated so  much it departed from the bike a 70MPH. Got to say though tough little camera, it smashed the case. the lcd back and dented the camera up a bit. Still worked ok, I'm still using it.

Yeah mate. Off for a few days from tonight and I intend on buying the suction cap as Mickle suggests and place on fron of batwing and give it a go over my days off.......hopefully with better results.
