Post 14" Bars On Lowrider

Hi All,
I am going to fit 14" bars onto my Lowrider and was wondering if anyone has done this before.

I will not be using the pull back style risers on the Lowie but rather looking for some 1" or 2" straight risers (dependant on refitting the plate to hide wiring for idiota Lights).

Questions:
1. Will I need to lengthen wiring ??
2. Best place to get longer throttle and clutch cables.

Probably looking at internal wiring.

Will also be trying to Mod some Fatboy boards to fit as I am running a 2 into 1 not sure how this will go.
Have some alloy plate to experiment with.

Regards
Nigel

78 at 14",I think you will have to extend the wiring...I know at 10" and possibly 12" you can pull through enough wiring from the loom....
There is a ton of 1 and 2" risers on ebay...have a look on gumtree too..
I don't know the best place to get cables etc...I haven't bought any for yonks
Show us some pics when it's all done, that would be good....

Yep, I have 8" T bars and I'm at the limit of clutch cable and front brake line. The wiring however is longer but still would not go to 14"plus risers.

Thanks All,
Will be a bit bigger job than expected but I will solder on, Pun intended.
Anyone point me in the direction of getting extended Brake, clutch and Accel cables.
